Use a link in one frame to change the content in another frame.
To create a link that changes the content of a different frame:
1 | Select the frame by Alt-clicking it (Windows) or Option-clicking it (Macintosh). |
2 | Name the frame by entering a name in the Frame box in the Property inspector. |
3 | Repeat for each frame in the frameset. |
4 | Select text or an object, and then enter the file to which you want to link in the Link box in the Property inspector. |
To specify an anchor in the other file, enter a pound sign (#) before the anchor name. See Using named anchors for navigation. | |
5 | Click the expander arrow in the lower right corner of the Property inspector and then choose the name of the other frame from the Target pop-up. |
